Photo Workshop Ahead!

So, for those of you who don’t know, I am spending this week at a photo workshop in Moab, UT.  It is a desert Landscape workshop.  This kind of thing is right up my alley.  So, for the next few days, you probably won’t get my usual ramblings.  What you will get is a bunch of photos.  Also, I apologize for the lack of posting the last couple days.  I have been busy and I had things that I wanted to blog about, but never did and hopefully I will remember them so that I can do it later.

In any event, today my father and I drove from Salt Lake City down to Moab.  For those who don’t know it is about a four hour drive.  The drive is also mostly through a whole lot of nothing.  It will never cease to amaze me how much nothing there is out here.  Back on the east coast, if you drive for that long you can easily go through 3 or more states!  It is really beautiful out here though.  Would you ever think that nothing can be beautiful?!  I ended up driving the whole way, which I don’t mind, but I had a little headache after, nothing some advil and a nap couldn’t fix!

We slipped off to Arches National Park to catch last light.  It was very pretty, though we were racing the clock to actually get the light.  Here is one of my favorite images of the day:

I will continue to post photos here and as always, comments and criticism are welcome.  You can view all of the photos from the workshop over at IceWolf Photography.
